1. The 3-Day Return Window

• We offer a 3-day return policy after receiving your item.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Your tube must be in the same condition—unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• For safety reasons, opened or partially used gel syringes cannot be returned.

3. Damages and Incorrect Items

• If the gel tube is leaking/damaged from shipping, contact us immediately for a free replacement.

4. How to Start a Return
